I am African-American with very thick hair that is mix of all the 4 hair types (A,B,C). I was using the regular Aussie Conditioner as a deep conditioner. It worked well but still did not feel like my hair was moisturized. Probably due to low porosity. Anyhoo, I decided to try the 3 Minute Miracle Moist. Chile...Can I say that here? This stuff really works on my hair. I do a 30 minute deep conditioner (apply tons after shampooing then slap on a plastic processing cap). Then I rinse out with cool water. My hair is soft and easy to detangle. The smell is amazing. This has now become a part of my weekly wash routine. If you can find something that works definitely stick with it.
