When I saw this book, I HAD to buy it. 1001 Crock Pot recipes for only 99 cents? How can you pass up such a great value. Not only did Emma Katie compile the yummiest recipes that she could find, she also includes vital information at the beginning of the book like reasons to use a crock pot and how to pick the perfect slow cooker for you. I have made dinner using a recipe in this book every night since I purchased it and they have all been excellent. Tomorrow night I am making the Candied Kielbasa. Everyone has enjoyed the meals even if they won't acknowledge my culinary royalty. If you are looking for a great collection of slow cooker recipes that are easy to follow and don't require a lot of attention, then this is the perfect choice.
