I ordered this product due to the recommendation of my doctor. I had nerve pain in both my feet terribly. My doctor didn't want to immediately send me to a specialist to do a nerve damage test which is costly and painful and suggested that I try Alpha Lipoic Acid. I am a regular Amazon shopper so I jumped on the site and read reviews on the different manufacturers and this one was rated the best. I ordered 2 bottles to start. It has been only a couple of weeks now and what a difference it has made. I can't believe it. For those of you who suffer from nerve damage, I highly recommend this product first before going through any nerve damage testing.
