I posted a one-star review a few hours ago and have retracted it. This revision would be higher but I'm still ticked over the serial number issue. Like several other one-star reviewers I could not find the serial number to install the software, even after over an hour of browsing the Adobe www site and going in circles that always led to having me look on the box or the DVD sleeve. After tearing the box apart to prove my case by scanning the cover and back, I found the serial number on the inside box cardboard. You can kind of see the serial number by visiting the URL given by Jeff at Adobe in his comments to the other serial number comments here. The problem is that somewhere in the installation routine or on the box, it should be clear that you need to cut the box apart to get to the inner sleeve that contains the number. There are other alphanumeric strings all over the box and on the DVD sleeve and no clues that you need to tear the box apart to get to the number.
