I purchased these pillow covers to protect my pillows from... well the usual stuff. I don’t like plastic pillowcases, because they don’t breath and make you sweat more. These are cotton and breath well. I can’t attest to the protection factor, because I don’t have a microscope to check. I can say they are well made and breath nicely. I feel better having them on the pillows. They cover an oversized standard pillow comfortablely. They are well stitched and are fairly well made. I would buy again.
