This particular brand, BangTong&Li, seems to make their stuff with high quality standards. I also have recently bought their workout bench and I'm very satisfied with it (the reason why I decided to order this tower from them). It took me a little over a couple of hours to assemble (lol, I took my time), which allowed me to examine the parts carefully in slow motion. Assembling isn't hard, it's actually easy, mostly just repetitive process. Once assembled, it doesn't wobble, and although it's not very heavy it's solid and stable. The cushion pads are OK, not high quality, almost on the side of cheap. The worst thing about this machine is the way their logo looks and the way they spray-painted it, which I don't find it attractive (lol). But as for the machine, it's very well designed and made with quality parts. I am quite happy I ordered this machine. I'll be using it inside my little office room (lol), along with the bench and two dumbbells (Amazon brand--which is very good). Also my office room is carpeted and the machine is just fine on the carpet. I am 5'9"and 180 lbs and I adjusted the height using the second from the last holes for height and it turned out pretty good. I would definitely recommend this machine to my friends/family.
