I have always had terrible cycles, with my last cycle lasting 64 days. I knew I needed to do something if I was going to get pregnant without seeking medical treatment. I stumbled upon Vitex through my research on natural products to improve my reproductive health and decided to give it a try. From the first week of taking Vitex I already felt a change in my mood, and overall health. I typically don't ovulate until day 21 but when using OPKs I found that I ovulated on day 14. This was my first normal cycle in so long. To my surprise, we ended up pregnant the first month!!! I found out 5 days early. I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant and plan to take Vitex through my first trimester to maintain my levels of Progesterone. I also plan to take Vitex again after I have this baby so I can maintain a normal cycle. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can't believe how easy it was to get pregnant this time around, and its all because of Vitex! **Updated 1/20 - I had a healthy pregnancy and our beautiful baby was born in October. I tell all my friends about this Vitex. It really helped us complete our family.
