This headset is great. The sound is very clear, 360 degree. I am using it for Call of Duty and games like it, so directional sound is VERY important. Mic quality is good, at least that is what I am told. My voice comes through clearly; we communicate a lot in game. Now the catch, and the only reason these did not get five stars. The build is a little on the flimsy side. I am a 40 yr old man-child that loves to play video games with my two sons. Being 40, I will not inflict a lot of wear and tear on this headset in regular use. I wear them, and then put them away when not in use. If I were to hand these to my 15 yr old, they would likely not last 6 months (if that). They seem fragile and a little "loose" in their construction. That said, I am glad that my sons have heavier duty headsets, and I ended up with these. I am very happy with them so far and save that one complaint, would recommend them to others with this same caveat.
