40 years of scooping and not far from spending the money on a litter robot, it was time to retire the plastic pan part of the crap box set up because it was scratched, staining, and sticking. Before laying out the $500 for the robot I decided to give this "system" a try. 2 months later and I can absolutely guarantee that not only did I save a fortune by not buying the robot but I will have to do less work by a huge magnitude. It is like sliding through butter with a hot knife and every clump is solid and will never break. I have many other metal scoops that look like that non-stick one I am talking about and a couple even claimed to be non-stick but they are not. You have never used a scoop like this, I promise, Also, the other metal scoops you may own will scratch this steel as well as take much, much more effort and strain to scoop. Get all three elements or just pass on this pan and get a cheapo. Without the specific scoop and Slide litter you have nothing special. Get them all and you have a miracle. You can NOT make any substitutions! The scoop has to be that exact one. The Slide litter is available a bit cheaper with Walmart FREE 2 DAY shipping. The litter is expensive but lasts 5 times longer. There is not one piece of litter dust in my home anymore. Litter is 100% dust free. This is a miracle and I had tried everything except the $500 robot and this. Nobody would buy the robot if they gave this system a trial run. You can thank me later.
