The pillow is fantastic for the price. It came wrapped in plastic and its own box inside the Amazon box. The meditation pillow is soft and supportive, and has really changed the way that I meditate. I did not know having a pillow would be such a benefit to my personal practice, but it has allowed me to sit for longer without my legs going numb and has allowed me to relax more fully and quicker than before. The elevation of the pillow is just right for me, and I haven't been more comfortable during seated meditation. I actually look forward to my practice, and the pillow does remind me: Oh I should meditate. When I get busy with life, it is there as a gentle reminder to just slow down and breathe. I have recommended this to a few friends who were looking for a cheaper pillow option. For the price I am, so far, surprised by the quality of it.
