It took me all of about 2.5 hours to remove the old beat up faucet and replace it with this one. It looks great, the flow is awesome, the pull down feature works exactly the way is is supposed to. I posted a few before/after pictures to help people along. I think the complaints about the pull down not fully retracting may be related to a couple of things. First, there are supplied weights that have to be placed in the right spot in order to get full retraction of the pull-down. Second, if you replace all the stuff under your sink you have the make sure nothing gets in the way of the hoses or the pull down may not fully retract due to stuff getting in the way. I did this with a wrench and a screwdriver and no knowledge of plumbing. It looks awesome, it works great and I feel like a master of home improvement. How can you beat that?
