I recently stood in a pharmacy starring at all the back braces, hot n cold packs, with a bottle of Aleve in my hands. Desperate for something to help my insane lower back pain. .... I walked out with nothing. Refuse to pop pain pills. Been suffering for couple years now these past couple weeks at pain levels never felt before. I stretch every morning. I get deep tissue massages when I can. I saw the commercial and thought ... "probably won't help" but I'll try it. Honestly after 5 pulls I felt relief by 50%. I could feel my spine stretch. I was pretty shocked. I think I have a more serious problem than I want to admit w/ my back but this little device is a major help!
