I have been using this on my hair for several years now. I have left my hair its natural color...on the top its almost white, nape of neck and some of back is salt an pepper. My hair is soft, I do use a 100% natural conditioner usually every other wash. I wash my hair every other day and sometimes let it air dry versus blow drying...
