This test is like all the other tests.
Take the swab, rotate in each nostril for 15 seconds (total 30 seconds) place swab in tub with solution. Twist the swab 5 times, squeeze on the way out. Place cap on tube, flick tube to mix solution. Open test, put 3 drops on the opening indicated. Wait 15 minutes.
3 lines is positive. 2 lines is negative.
