I was spoiled. I only ever had two USA-made Munsey toaster ovens that lasted me a total of 20 years and did everything I needed. So when I had to find a replacement I made the usual mistakes: first an expensive convection TO that now resides in my closet because it never would brown anything right and took forever to cook stuff despite my carefully following the instruction book. It also raised my electric bill and I just hated the thing. Then I bought a C****art TO that turned out to be so skimpy in height inside (about 7") you dare not place a ceramic bake dish in it without danger of it shattering because it's so close to the elements. (Pictures on these are quite deceiving and you are never given the dimensions of the all-important inside.) So we come to the Rosewill depicted here. Just right to bake my casseroles, round artisan breads or roasted veges plus the usual cakes, cookies, etc. Plenty of space inside, 9" high by 12" wide, with 3 well placed rack slots, and comes with 5 baking accessories that fit this TO. No fancy, schmancy controls you need to be a nobel scientist to work with, just straightforward bake, toast, broil and warm. Does have a timer, though I never use it. Only one little thing, the top of the case is a bit flimsy and gets quite hot in use. I don't expect anything like the long use I had with Munsey but it's the closest thing to it and I'd be happy to get a few years with something that just does the job and doesn't have me screaming at it all the time. I ordered here from the manufacturer and had the oven at my door the next day. I'll shut up and go away now.
