Best yoga prop purchase ever! So happy I was able to pull up myself and do an inversion without difficulty. Usually I would use momentum or have someone put my legs up but with this yoga stool I did it all on my own. Assembly was really easy and the bench is very sturdy. Totally worth the investment. Would highly recommend to others especially those who are a little doubtful going upseide down on their own.
