This unit as of today (4/5/20) has close to 400 hours and is working flawlessly. Have only used the unit for heating so far, but seems to keep up. Have about 1,200 sq feet to heat and cool so unit is a little undersized, but was not able to install anything bigger due to limitations on placement of blower unit. Only need to kick on my gas heat on in the morning to warm the house up. The app is nice, but does not have 100% of the features that the remote has. Wish they would add more features so you can use the full function of the system. I will say this system quite an undertaking to install yourself, so not recommended for someone that has not done any light home renovations. Recommend watching a couple of youtube videos to get you comfortable on steps involved, but be aware that some will show you what to do and what not to do. The videos also have links to all the items you will need, which can all be purchased on Amazon as well. *** To do this safely, this is a two person job.
