Funny story: I'm a bald, 40ish man. I do all of my family's Amazon ordering. My family includes my senior mom, my wife, a 14 year old daughter and 12 year old son. Back around Christmas, I bought all of the females in our house their choice of any shampoo, conditioner and leave-in conditioner. Our daughter loves these Milk Shake products and asked for all three of hers to be the Milk Shake brand. My wife pretty much likes every brand or seems like whatever is most expensive. Wonder if she reads my reviews? Both my wife and daughter have mid-back length, naturally curly/wavy hair. My mom, on the other hand, is nearing 70 and her hair has started to thin on top. She is self-conscious about it. It's not easy for me. I don't like seeing anyone in my family sad, but it hurts a little more when it's something I know I can't do much of anything to help with. Mom picked one of the brands for thinning hair back at Christmas, but didn't like the leave-in conditioner. A few weeks ago, she rarely ever asks for anything, she asked me if I could order her a bottle of the Milk Shake Leave-In Conditioner like our daughter got for Christmas. I didn't even realize our daughter had been putting hers on mom's hair. That's when you know you're at least doing something right as a parent. So I of course jumped on Amazon, remember now I'm bald, I have no clue what leave-in conditioner is for or does. Searched Milk Shake Leave in Conditioner. This product came up so I ordered it. It gets here, mom opens it, pours some in her hand and says, "This isn't what I wanted. This is thin texture. I need the thick one." Instead of trying to figure out the difference, I called my wife at work and asked her about it. She said the product our daughter has is Milk Shake Incredible Milk. I told my wife I would send this one back and exchange for the Incredible Milk one. Nope. She told me just to keep this one. She could use it. So there you go, it's good enough for my wife to become a complete opportunist in a frustrating situation for me. I really don't know much about this product, but I've ordered two bottles of it in the last six months according to my order history and two bottles of the Incredible Milk too. You can at least know that this one is a thin texture and the Incredible Milk is the thick texture one. Maybe some other bald man will be on here ordering this for one of the women in his family and realize there's two similar products with different textures before ordering the wrong one. Oh and I also know these Milk Shake products smell really good.
