This stuff works well. My 2 cats don't handle the forced mouth feeding of the pill very well, so I smash it down to a powder with a hammer after putting the pill in a Ziploc bag. Admittedly, It's not the best solution. The cats notice a bitterness to the food, and may not finish it. But if you skip their previous meal and get the best Fancy Feast with lots of gravy, they'll generally eat most of it. Edit on 10-24-17: On this most recent purchase, the cat with the worms ate about a third of the food, but that was enough to kill the parasite. If you want the cat to take the full pill, a pill injector would probably be better.
