Pros: 4K video and 16 MP photos work perfectly. Wide/Mid and normal angle modes work as designed. Sound records as it should (don't expect it to be loud inside the waterproof enclosure). Works underwater as it says, while using the waterproof case. The remote control is redesigned and works perfectly. Touchscreen is very responsive and simple to navigate. Wifi mode connects quickly and the ability to control the camera with your phone is a handy feature (need to download the iSMART DV app). There is an adequate selection of starter accessories to get you started and the batteries last a respectable enough amount of time and recharge quickly. Image stabilization and other features are a nifty upgrade to less expensive models. Cons: The battery cover is a bit poorly designed and I have cracked the piece you need to use to open the hatch on both cameras I have.
