I bought this to help with my cholesterol. No update on that yet, but it does dissolve completely in in water and has no taste. I put 4 servings of powder in an empty water bottle to take to work (my water at home is yucky). In the morning I add the cold water and shake it up...it does take a few min of good shaking, but I am making a concentrate. I then add a 1/4 of the bottle to my water cup and fill with water, and repeat throughout the day. Absolutely no taste. I also have not had any issues with gas or bloating.
