I'm pretty petite, but my bra size is 36D. Based off the other reviews, I went with a L. When I jump up and down, the girls seem well supported. There's some wiggle room on the sides which worried me at first but it still does the trick. The band fits perfectly. I know a M would be too tight so I'll be sticking to the L for the other ones that I purchase.
