I'm a small framed woman, originally I was a little worried to assemble this, but it was no problem at all for me. All the parts needed for assembly were in the back of the chair, and the instructions were easy to understand. Once put together, first thing I took note was how supportive and comfortable this chair is.. I have to work 9+ hours from home every day, so having a supportive comfortable chair is a must need for me. I would recommend this chair.
