I ordered this only while I was taking high doses of Tylenol following a major neck surgery. I could feel my appetite and energy levels returning to normal a few days after I started the product. It contains N-Acetyl Cysteine which is the same thing doctors use in the hospital to help with acute liver injury/failure. I normally don't believe in any sort of liver detoxes (since the liver works well to detox) but I believe in my situation where I was putting a huge stress on it to metabolize large amounts of Tylenol that it was helpful.
