Dear Milty, For $100 friggin' dollars would it kill you to write some directions? What does it mean to you that EVERYONE has to go to youtube to learn how to use YOUR product? P.S. Said directions would go like this. The Zero stat works by flooding the front of the gun with positive ions (actuated by the SLOW squeeze of the trigger), then negative ions (actuated by the SLOW release of the trigger), therefore leaving the surface of the target with a net 0 charge (neither attracting dust nor repelling). The clicking sound coming from the trigger is indicating that you are squeezing or releasing TOO FAST. Hold the record in free space. it will not work if it is in contact with any surface. Hold the gun 12 inches from the target. The effective range is ~16 inches from the tip of the gun. Repeat this motion 4 times. The little extra tip IS A COVER. Place it on the gun when not in use. Wow. You've been making this thing since the 70's and it took me 3 minutes to write this. Come on.
