Was worried by bad reviews, turns out those individuals are really foolish and didn't bother to fold/roll towels differently. Install was easy (but I use heavier duty wall anchors that I keep on hand... the ones they include are laughably inefficient). 6 screws, two right under the top holder, two where the halves of the rack join in the center (3 on top, 3 on bottom), and two screws just above the bottom holder). To get larger towels to fit, DO NOT fold in thirds and then roll! I found it worked fine when I did the following: Fold towel in half along the width, so it's a skinnier rectangle than before. Then fold towel in half length wise. Finally, start with the side that has all the open ends, and roll that towards the folded end. Pictures included. To load towels into the rack, hold the roll closed and roll it into the rack, don't be afraid to flex the metal outward gently as you roll. THIS TOWEL RACK IS PERFECTLY FINE. Don't be dissuaded by reviewers who don't know how to fold objects in half or how to roll up a cloth.
