Ok read this and take it to heart! Before I bought this I read reviews and well, I never listen. I like to learn the hard way. People stated that u cannot feel the heat, and to only do 3 minutes to start and a certain distance. Well I did the max time on my chest and legs. I burned sooooo bad that I peeled incredibly bad. Needless to say it works. It’s worth the money. Read the directions and practice safe use.
