Just received this today and was actually pretty excited about it. What got me to get this was that it was a 2 in 1. Normally I've been buying a MCT powder and a collagen powder. I've tried a few and they didn't work or the taste was pretty horrible. This is so delicious! It works great in coffee. I got the vanilla and I'm not regretting this choice. It is sweet, but I don't think its overpowering at all. Now I can't say on the effective part just yet, but will update. I need the collagen for the hair aspect because my hair has just not been the same after having my third child and also being on Keto. So far the collagen has helped with the hair, but Ive noticed my knees are not feeling the same. So I was hoping with a different brand that it would have helped, but no change. So now I'm looking to see if this particular brand of collagen will help with that.
