Love it. Use it everyday for work.
Assembly: Putting together wasn't terrible, but it wasn't fun. Pretty easy overall. Usage: First off, this laptop stand is really great for my use. I'm a developer/designer. I get back and neck pain that lead to a migraine when I work at a flat surface like a traditional desk so for me it was important to find a stand that I could angle. This gets a 5 star for angle options. It also needs to come close to me so the width apart of legs/wheels/feet are important in how they align with my office chair wheels. Past stands have been a pain to position just perfect with the chair. This one is 4.5 star in that area. Appearance was a huge bonus. I've looked at just about every stand on Amazon and other sites and why does almost every one of them need to look like wood. Personally, I hate fake woodgrain. Why not just be what you are, crappy laminated particle board. Right next to appearance is the material. I like metal things. I use magnets a lot for doing all sorts of things. Another benifit of metal for me personally is Humidity as I use this on my Balcony so laminated particle board stands eventually start getting bubbly and will obsorb anything inlcuding condensation from a drink. The wheels I was worried about. I thought they might be too small. They do ok but if you plan to use on carpet this might not roll so well. I haven't tried tho so I could be wrong. The little basket was originally something I didn't want, but actually it was a nice little addition with its gimbal to rotate. That rim of the cup was originally a tiny bit to big to allow it to tilt as far as I had my table top angled so I fixed that by squeezing it a little. Minor oversight on their end I suppose. Now on to the things I did to make it better! (for my personal use anyways) I hacked an alternative to the dont-fall-off-bar. My laptop is thinner than that so it was uncomfortable on my wrists. I replaced that with those little grippy rubber cable ties cut in half, folded and shoved in the holes. this is just enough to keep my Mac from sliding off. I also added a couple adhesive disks for couple suction cup mounts. Can see those in the pics. Another little addition was a power strip and kitchen stand and the magnetic spine off some old iPad Smart Covers used to hold prevent other small items from sliding off. I plan to make more modifications as I work with it to see how I can perfect comfort mixed with practical use. So far no problems handling the weight of my arms or anything like that. I really like this thing.
