So I found this product with JJ Smith page on Facebook, its amazing. I love detoxing. I have definitely lost weight with this pill and JJ diet bc it really cleaned out system. There are absolutely no cramping or irritation or pain when using these pills. I take 5 pills when using each night. My boo came home from out of town and was like he has no idea what I did but I definitely lost some weight, waist was looking snatched. Awesome detox.
