I ordered this black garlic after deciding to make a burger from the show Bob's Burgers. I hadn't ever tried black garlic so I was a little skeptical just because I didn't know what to expect. The smell in the jar is really strong and that made me a little apprehensive. I love it! We have been trying to use it in everything we cook. I currently prefer it mixed with mayo so I can dip my fries in it. I plan on buying more of this garlic.
