I'm ALWAYS skeptical about infomercial products and the claims that come with them, not to mention the add-ons that they force you to buy. I found this on sale recently and decided to try it. While I haven't had it all that long yet I've been using it as an indoor barbecue for the most part and for that it works really great. I've made ribs, smoked sausages, and of course lots of burgers and they've all come out great. I've also made a few other things like boneless skinless lemon pepper chicken breasts from rock hard frozen and was very pleasantly surprised at the results. I've converted some of my other recipes to work with the oven and they've come out great also. My thoughts have been I should have bought this thing years ago but the truth of it is that previous models of this product did not live up to expectations and I'm beyond glad that I waited. I do cover both the bottom pan and the grill rack with aluminum foil before using as I don't have a dishwasher (except me) and I find that cleanup is much easier that way. If there is a bad side to this product I haven't found it yet, and I'm beyond happy with it so far. UPDATE: I used the NuWave oven to cook my Thanksgiving turkey, pumpkin pie, baked sweet potatoes and rolls. It all came out great and so much better than my conventional oven. The turkey was 14.1 pounds and stuffed in both cavities. Sweet potatoes around the sides. 2h 20min to perfections.I even got great gravy from the oven. The pumpkin pie cooked perfectly in 45min vs. 70min recommended on the box. Can't beat it !!
