The Trtl pillow works just as it states, and I agree that it's quite comfortable. I've only used it during 2 roundtrip 5+ hour flights so far, and was able to sleep comfortably in the middle seat both times. However, after only a few uses, the thread around the velcro has already started to unravel. (I've taken extra care since I noticed, if sure that if I pulled the velcro as normal that the damage be considerably worse by now.) This is incredibly disappointing considering the price tag. I will likely hand sew it to fix it, but I am disappointed with the quality. *Update: A representative from the company reached out to me after my review, and sent me an replacement Trtl Pillow. I've used it multiple times already, and there is no problem with the sewing or velcro. I'm very happy with the replacement!
