This was an amazing addition to my wireless network. I have spectrum cable 400/20 and wasn’t getting the speed performance on either up or down speeds. By adding this cable between my cable modem and Google WiFi and between the WiFi router and my Ethernet switch, the speed improvement was amazing - full upload bandwidth everywhere. Download speed improvement was 2-3x better in many spots in my large house. Even wired upload performance was better on my Mac. My IT tech friends cannot believe this made such a big difference, but it did. I suspect that the shielded cable and metal connectors made a difference, not the fact that it’s 10gbs cat 7 vs 1gbs cat 6. Improved the kids gaming performance as well on their wired PS5 machines.
