Hello, My name is Riaz and I live in a village in Iran. Everyday I have to walk to water hole to bring water back to my village. I like this bar because I can fit more water on each side and I use the clip to help them stay on. I do 10 lunges then do a full squat. I have been doing this for about 3 years. Please see my attached photo. I love everybody, please don't call me a terrorist. We're all going to make it brahs.
