Per your Ethos site instructions, I washed, clayed and polished my new 2019 GMC Canyon prior to hand applying the Ceramic Wax. I may have applied a bit too much because it took longer than 15 minutes to flash and it was more difficult to remove than I anticipated, even though I was doing this in a temperature controlled garage. After a lot of rubbing and buffing with several microfiber towels, I was able to get the truck to shine. I let the truck 'cure' for 36 hours before moving it outside. Once outside, I noticed a few spots I missed getting all the wax off and was not successful in getting everything that remained off, although I got most of it with the help of some detail spray. It's not as slick as I had hoped and I am still hoping it will continue to harden up and become slicker with more time. FOLLOW UP: After 14 days outside in rain and sun the truck still looks shiny. Water beads but doesn't quickly roll or sheet off as some ceramic coatings claim/demo. I also bought the ceramic shampoo and ceramic refresh. Will be trying these soon.
