These are meant to straighten frames, not fully hang them on the wall.
Reading the reviews for this product, I believe people are a bit confused.
Your picture frame must already be securely attached to the wall with a screw or nail. These just go at the bottom corners to prevent it from hanging crooked.
Do not use these to fully hang anything on your walls.
