Living in Arizona, I have found dry skin and dry air increases my seasonal allergies. Having just used this for a few hours, I can see and feel a difference in the humidity in the room. It raised from below 30% humidity to over 45 in about an hour. Super quiet... can't hear it at all. Using just pure water and the air smells pure and refreshed. Just found the aromatherapy box... now I have a sweet dreams aromatherapy scent flowing and it fills the room with a subtle, but not overpowering scent. (Added photo of aromatherapy box.) UPDATE: While I still love the product, their service seems to be non-existent! I've e-mailed about warranty issue and received an e-mail response asking a ton of questions to ensure that I'm using common sense when using the product, but even after responding, I haven't heard from them for a week. If you call the #, there is just someone to take a message and indicate that they will e-mail. It's getting frustrating.
