In 2014 South Carolina and the south eastern region had an awful ice storm. I had to have 17 pine trees cut down. This is an area with a lot of “RED CLAY” in the soil. When the trees were dropped, they impacted and compacted the soil in numerous areas. The Tree 🌲 guys “Storm Chasers in a hurry” also absolutely annihilated some areas with a Bobcat Tractor🚜 . That caused horrible irrigation problems due to ruts!!!! I have not had any luck with sand/topsoil combination growing my Saint Augustine or Centipede grass since 2014 in those areas. I also have a backyard fence with (2) entrance/exits also the (2) landings around my deck. Between humans, lawn equipment, and dogs 🐾 in those (4) high traffic areas, the soil has also been compacted UNTIL NOW!!! I started using Simple Lawn Solutions Liquid Soil Loosner Aerator in September 2018 strictly by their instructions. It’s been a month and WOW!!! 4 Years of ANXIETY and now I’m as giddy as a school girl... And I’m a dude. 🤣 Seriously worth more than the price and it’s concentrated. I also noticed that the company is based out of Florida USA. Those folks definitely know lawns especially Southern lawns. I am spending my time to write this review in hopes that it helps others. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and PURCHASE this again if needed (as long as Custom Liquid Solutions maintains these quality standards). I’m getting some more for my Mom’s lawn in Georgia. Almost identical soil. I am going to post this on my Neighborhood Property Owners Association web page too. That’s putting my good name on the line! I truly hope this helps lawn lovers all around. Whew!
