When I bought the screen protector, I was a little bit skeptical if it really was made out of glass; luckily for me I had the opportunity to try it myself. I got home around 10 pm after a long day and decided to install my screen protector (bad idea), I didn't clean the screen enough and there was some dust left, when I put the screen protector on (it's really easy to apply) the pieces of dust came really visible and impossible to get out, I lift the screen protector up (what a bad idea), it never stuck again to the surface, I was so mad, no matter what I do, it wouldn't stick completely, leaving a part of the screen (as you can see in the pics) with a giant bubble. As Tech Armor states that they will replace the product if you mess up during the installation, I decided to try they warranty and contacted their customer service, they send me a replacement right away (it took a while to get home tough), so I took off the old protector and broke it myself, I bent it until it snaps, looking just like a broken screen, as you can see in the pics. Overall it's a really nice product, nice feeling and really protective, plus they have a great customer service.
