I have tried a huge variety of pre workout formulas. This one has everything I need and none of the added junk. I’m looking at you artificial sweeteners. As I have aged, my body has grown sensitive to many of the crazy ingredients most of the companies use now. I tried Paleoethics and MusclePharm Natural first and they worked well, but the taste. Bleh! I use 2 scoops (as recommended) and a scoop of Hydra Charge from Kaged Muscle and BOOM! Epic! I charge through my 20 Strength program, then a CrossFit immediately after and I feel super energized! Thank you NAKED Nutrition for the high quality product!
