This is exactly what I needed. Before this I was tired of running on my elliptical after like 1-2 mins (me being way out of shape) with this, and no recent training or anything like that, I was able to run a good 20mins, not wanting to stop or feeling out of breath so early like usual. The taste for fruit punch is alright--tolerable but not my favorite. This stuff is amazing and I plan to continue to use this with my weight loss/exercising journey. -update- just bought this in pink lemonade flavor and it is amazing!!!! taste so much better with the same effects!
