I have tried for ages to make the right tea with this stuff, and I couldn't get it right. I even blew through the first bag, always disappointed. Then I asked the local restaurants, and it's the EXACT SAME mix they use. However, my teas were always too weak! Then I had a friend as my waiter one night by chance, and he told me they boil the mixture down. So that's the trick. To make the same quality tea as the restaurants, put a bunch of mix in with a large pot of water, and boil it until it's concentrated a bit. Then filter and store it in the fridge, and you can have it whenever you want! For mixing, I use sweetened condensed milk whisked together with just a bit of half and half to give it a better consistency for mixing. Together with the concentrated tea, it's a fantastic drink, exactly like at the restaurant! Yes, when you boil down the tea this way, it will be more bitter. But I noticed that by the time I added enough sweetened condensed milk to make it as sweet as the restaurant stuff, the color was the same as the tea they serve anyway, so I'm pretty sure it's right. Awesome tea, will buy again.
