I was pleasantly surprised as this product is way better in real life than on the picture. I bought this board for my wife as she loves cooking and is always in the kitchen, so I thought this would be the perfect gift for her. It turned out to be even better. I didn't realize that there's a difference between cutting boards, so my wife (being ultra happy about this one) just educated me. This one is easier on knives than plastic. It's also ecofriendly because it's made out of bamboo. It turns out that size matters. If you cut tomatoes or juicy things, the juice doesn’t slide off the board, but the groove catches all of it. Having this size and the grooves reduces mess significantly. I also noticed that it's sturdier than other boards because it's bigger, thicker, and slightly heavier. My wife thinks it’s the best cutting board she’s ever had. I am surprised. Royal Craft Wood gets an A+ for this one.
