This printer is perfect for your casual home needs! I love it! It prints great, its affordable, and ink prices wont bankrupt you! I can understand the poor reviews but theyre all simple fixes I promise. It did take about an hour to setup for these 2 reasons... 1). The instalation cd doesnt have then newest software/firmware on it which is why people are having problems printing. So install the cd, then go to Canons website and download the latest firmware package and install on your computer. Easy! 2). Wifi setup instruction werent exactly clear. But lucky for us Canon has awesome follow-along You Tube videos to help setup your Mac/PC/Android/and Apple device to print via wifi! Again, Easy! Once set up you wont regret buying this great printing affordable wireless printer. (I purchased this with my own money and have never received free crap for my reviews. I wish!)
