I've been using this product for almost a year now as part of my complete lifestyle change. I have the 7.5lb container on pantry auto order every two months, and this synchs well with the usage. My typical breakfast includes two scoops of isopure mixed in water and a bowl of fiber one original cereal in no sugar added almond/coconut milk. 10 months and -100lbs later, I couldn't be happier with the results.
