I'm 5'3" 140 female. I bought backpack traveller roller for Sophie the 9lbs,14" back Maltese. Got confused there are similar to design, size, price, and name. I thought what a couple of inches and dollars could make a different. I was wrong. First I bought a plus (far right) for her comfy which it is very roomy but it's too big, too heavy and too wide for my shoulder. Just the bag itself already too heavy for my back. So order an escort roller (far left). It's too narrow. Sophie looks torture in there. No room for her to twist and turn but good for my back. Then, I ordered a regular traveller size ( the middle). It fits my back and Sophie got more room at the bottom for laying down happily. Even not much room for her head after I lay a soft pillow in there. I have to modify front later, so she can stick her head out but not jump out. There are two ties inside for the vest but very thin. They all come with rollers and telescope but I haven't try them yet with her in.
