HORRIBLE shipping, but great product. It took exactly 21 days for the light to get to my door. There wasn't any tracking info for about a week after I placed the order. The tracking info had to be found by pasting the tracking number into google then adding "UPSMI" (ups mail innovations). However it stopped updating about two weeks from the initial purchase. Then one day I woke up to a text message from DHL stating that I was going to received a package the next day and that I had to be there to sign for it. Being someone who works all day, like most people, this was unacceptable. Luckily it wasn't TOO difficult to alert DHL that I didn't want to have to sign for it. It could have been a lot easier though. I want to say that I feel lucky for having my correct phone number in my Amazon account. Had I not, I don't know if I would have gotten that message, and who knows what kind of mess I would have been in. I also want to say that I feel that it would have been appropriate and helpful if the seller had told me all of this about the shipping upfront. I knew that it wasn't a Prime order, but I didn't know it was gonna be like this. For the light itself, it's lovely. It's much smaller than I imagined it to be, but just as bright. It's got a solid weight to it that makes it feel durable and well made. It looks great too. It was extremely easy to install on my bike. It was designed very well. I'm very happy with the light so far.
