This is it people. This is the stuff. I'm a self proclaimed vinegar fiend, I can get enough of the stuff. I most enjoy my french fries smothered in vinegar, but alas it always leads to soggy fries. Then I found vinegar powder, and I new the game was about to change. I did my research on many different salt and vinegar seasonings, and the reviews lead me here, and now I'm here to assure your they are not wrong. Let me paint the picture for you. I pull my sizzling fries out from the bubbling oil and into the bowl they go. I generously shake this vinegar fairy dust all over them. As I jostle the bowl to coat the fries that vinegar scent tickles my nose and my eyes begin to water, I already know this is going to be an experience. One bite and I was hooked. I savagely finish every last crisp and my body starts to break out into full vinegar sweats. A perfect combination of powerful vinegar, salt, pepper, and some green herb (97% sure its parsley). By far the most delicious fry encounter of my life. I can't wait to experiment with this crack seasoning on other canvases.
