These work. I haven’t slept good in a year and I was skeptical as I’ve tried EVERYTHING. These totally work!!!! I want to scream at the top of my lungs hallelujah :) I sleep hard which makes me snore which my husband doesn’t adore but oh well, this menopause gal finally sleeping!!! Love love love! So easy to use peel and stick and I don’t have to take a pill!
I stick in on my left chest and it stays put.
